[Announcement] Printed Sticker Sheets Are Ready for Expedited Delivery
We are happy to announce that all pending physical sticker sheet orders are packed. Please expect an email within the next few days regarding our delivery options.
As previously mentioned, due to the uncertain nature of the pandemic and the erratic cases, PhilPost is still an available option. However, we unfortunately don’t have a specific delivery estimate for PhilPost deliveries due to the complications of needing to be physically present to send off the packages. While we are still not sure when it will be safe to send them through that carrier, we will gauge if it is possible to do so sometime in mid to late August if you are willing to wait a couple weeks more.
For customers who understandably wish to expedite their order deliveries, we are offering to refund the PhilPost shipping fee and instead have them delivered via the following alternatives, where the delivery fees are to be shouldered by the buyer:
- GrabExpress and LalaMove:
- Same-day delivery
- Ninjavan via Grab:
- 1-3 working days (Metro Manila)
- 3-5 working days (Greater Metro Manila)
- 7 working days (Provincial Areas)
Again, we want to express our sincerest gratitude for your patience and understanding as we have been doing our utmost to keep operations going despite our limited manpower and resources given the worsening pandemic situation.
Thank you!
All the best,
The Stickers for Food PH Team
[Announcement] Regarding Physical Orders and Deliveries
Hello everyone!
We hope you’re all doing well given the current circumstances regarding the modified quarantine procedures.
In relation to that, we’d like to acknowledge that we’ve received several follow up messages regarding the delivery status of physical sticker sheet orders. Please rest assured that everyone who has ordered physical sticker sheets will receive them once we and our print partners make proper arrangements that ensure the proper sanitization and delivery of your stickers.
Regarding Possible Delays and Changes in Delivery Methods and Fees
In addition, we are also continuing to observe the quarantine as it affects the safety of those delivering our products, especially through the originally intended means—that is, bringing and sending them through the local post office, as reflected by our store’s current shipping rates for Ordinary Mail and Registered Mail. As of the moment, however, we would like to avoid exposing any of our team members to any environments or situations that could potentially endanger their health until we are 100 percent certain that it is safe to go outside for an extended period of time.
Given this, once we’ve finalized arrangements with our print partner, for those who would like to receive their sticker sheets ASAP, we will be offering the option to deliver sticker sheet orders through on-demand couriers such as GrabExpress and LalaMove for an additional minimal fee (on top of the shipping fee that has already been paid for.) We will reach out to our customers in order of the date they placed their order until all outgoing orders are fulfilled.
For any customers who would prefer to retain their original shipping fee rate and are willing to wait until we have determined that it is safe to deliver the sticker sheets via the local post office, we sincerely request your continued patience as we observe the situation moving forward.
Regarding the Future Availability of Physical Sticker Sheet Orders
However, we’ve also decided that we will temporarily make all future orders strictly digital for the foreseeable future. Due to the uncertainty of the quarantine, we don’t want to take on more than we can promise in the changing situation. We would like to ensure the safety of those who bought the products, as well as the people delivering them, and thus after much deliberation, we decided that we can only start accepting new physical orders once the quarantine situation has stabilized.
That said, please note that we will be closing physical and combo sticker sheet orders on June 12 at exactly 11:59pm. Any and all orders placed after this date and time can either be fully refunded or converted to purely digital sticker sheet orders.
Again, we will still honor all the physical orders that have already been made. To those who are have been waiting for their stickers, thank you so much for your patience. To those who might want to order physical stickers, we ask for your understanding that this decision was made for everyone’s sake.
Thank you, and we hope you have an amazing day!
All the best,
